Diagnosis of Snoring, Charlotte Dentist NC

Very simply, snoring is diagnosed by loud noise when you sleep. You may wake yourself up if the noise is loud enough. However, people do not typically hear themselves snore. Usually their bed partner is aware of the sound because it interferes with their sleep.

(Remember that snoring could be only an annoying loud noise when you sleep. However, it could be a sign of much more serious obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).)
